
SCREENWRITER | DIRECTOR | PRODUCER
Rhyan Elliott is a Film and Video Studies (Screenwriting) graduate of George Mason University. On a path into the world of television writing, she has a deep understanding of the power of subtext, showing and not telling, and balancing realistic dialogue with action. She has written short films, web series, and television pilot scripts for genres such as drama, comedy, science fiction, horror, thriller, and experimental with notable projects such as Always Carry A Bible, Endings, and The Gay Club.
Outside of working consistently on student film sets as a producer, including Regional Capital Emmy award-winning film Close Call, she has secured several internships within the film industry with experiences ranging from Film Festivals, Indie Television, and Indie Feature Films. Since then, she has worked as a PA on The Walking Dead: World Beyond and A24’s Ziwe, as well as a Health Safety Officer on the Untitled Ray Romano Project.
